These are great. You never have to worry about the meat slipping out and falling because you can securely hold it in place.

Very well made! I like using them for link sausages because it's so easy to collect a few of them on it and then hold them there while lift.

We got these to pull food out of the toaster oven without having to take the tray out. it does it’s job well enough and we use it daily.

Purchased for the primary use of flipping grilled sandwiches in a pan but also for burgers on the outdoor grill. So plastic would not work. These are very functional and easy to clean.
