I’ve never been a fan of summer squash, but this product has changed that. I use the spiralizer with the curly fry blade and cook the curls in a drop of olive oil with garlic, salt and pepper. I serve them instead of noodles with Asian stir fry. It’s also so helpful to prepare onions, cabbage, and potatoes -both white and sweet. It doesn’t work for eggplant. I’m still experimenting. This product is definitely worth the price paid and I recommend it.
