This press is what I was looking for to make my bean burgers. The papers are not useful as the burger sticks to the sides however I have a roll of waxed paper in my kitchen. And that works perfectly!

Excellent. I purchased this burger press because I wanted larger sized burgers. It is simple to use and the burgers come out easy if you use the included waxed paper rounds on the bottom and the top of the hamburger before pressing into patties.
