Ease of use

Purchased for my elderly mother. It worries me when she uses her old gas stove. This is convenient and easy to use, and doesn't take up a lot of room on the counter.

10/10 I'd buy again

10/10 I've been using this just about 2-3 times a day for the last 3-4 months and its worked AMAZING i can boil water or cook eggs, spaghetti, gumbo, you name it this thing can cool it. I'd definitely buy again. It's also very easy to keep clean

Single coil burner

World really great. Alot happier with the single coil burner vs the flat electric burner. This one heats up really fast which is satisfying. I hope it last longer than the previous one that was purchased.

HOT TAMALES ! This cast iron is HOT!

Let me tell you something, this single cast iron plate boiled a cup of water on level 3.5 in less than 5 minutes.(I never used one of these hot plates , so that was my first test ).Then out of the freezer I put 7 Taquitos on my corningware Phanton Chef skillet on MAX HEAT, flipped once, because it had already grilled at 5”, and in 12” they were FULLY COOKED and PIPING HOT TAQUITOS!I just ordered another SINGLE CAST IRON BURNER , because I read that the Two side/side had issues of one side not working.I love how it keeps everything evenly hot after it has shut off and UNPLUGGED.I’ll be making a cheeseburger next, can’t wait to see how it works. Oh! It’s great for boiling piping hot water for my teas too!,Don’t let the price full you.I might be wrong, but if I like something , it’s good to have a backup.
