This is very large, and very flexible. Thick material, that can be folded up or rolled. Useful to help keep counter clean when rolling out dough. Clear measurement markings help to roll out the amount of dough you might need for pies, etc. However instructions say not to use a knife on it, which limits it utility. Very awkward to clean in a home setting- normal sinks aren't big enough to do it easily.
