Stainless Steel Fruit Corer & Pitter Set (5-Piece) | Apple, Pear & Cherry Corer

Bought this set mainly to help speed up the prep for the dehydrated fruit mixes I sell in my shop. When I am processing dozens of pears or smaller fruits at once, doing it all by hand with a knife takes way too long and is never uniform. Having four different sizes in one pack is actually really helpful because I can switch between tools depending on the size of the fruit I am working on that day. The stainless steel feels solid and doesn't bend even when I am pushing through a firmer pear or apple.The main thing you need to watch out for is how sharp the circular edges are. I almost sliced my thumb the first time I used the medium-sized one because my hand slipped while I was rinsing it in the sink. Also, if the fruit is particularly juicy, the handles can get a bit slippery since they are just smooth metal without any rubber grip. I have found that using a small bottle brush is the only way to get the core out of the tiniest tool if it gets stuck, because you cannot really reach inside it with a sponge.Overall, this is a much better alternative to the cheap plastic corers I have used in the past. It saves me a lot of time in the kitchen and the variety of sizes means I do not have to buy separate tools for every type of fruit I process. Just make sure to handle them carefully when washing and they should be a solid addition to your kitchen drawer. Great functionality and value. Very well made material.

Doesn’t work very well on rambutans, which I bought it for, but cherries and peaches are great!

Nothing to dislike except its a bit hard to clean, other than that It worked great for me.

I will admit I've only used the cherry pitter so far, but I absolutely love it and I've used it a ton this summer and so I feel like I've already got my money's worth from it. They don't take up too much space in our drawer too, which I appreciate.

I hull out pickling cucumbers for red hot cinnamon rings. Although small the size varies. I use this set and love it !

I've used these to core seckel pears, pit choke cherries and wild plums. They have done a wonderful job of making the tasks easier. They are very sturdy and clean up easily.

I've only used the one to core out apples and it works better and is easier to use the the traditional round 6 blade Apple corer. I 100% recommend.

Use Dailey for cording-seeding jalapeño peppers….additionallyI used it to core apples as well as datesExcellent SS tool for many purposes

Good product… but I returned them because they were too small in size not what you needed.

This is just what I needed to remove the pits from jujubes as most were too large forte standard cherry pitter. Made the job easy and quick!

The four different sizes allow you to core/seed just about anything! So glad I bought these and they are easy enough for the kids to use too.

Although these do work well do not expect them to be metal they are hard plastic
