2-Pack Stainless Steel Turkey Lifters – Heavy Duty Roast & Ham Carving Forks

I ordered these roast lifters because I used my old wooden-handled ones until they fell apart, and wanted new ones with metal handles. They are nice looking and very handy to lift a roast out of a pan, or to hold a hot roast securely while slicing the meat.

I always struggled to transfer my ham or turkey, after taking it out of the oven. Used this for Easter. I easily used it to transfer my hot ham. Seems durable and washed up well in the dishwasher.

Bought these lifting forks to go along with a new roaster I purchased. They were beautifully made and very sturdy. As my husband said, "Game changer!" I don't know why I waited so many years to purchase these or how we got along all these years without them! These forks make lifting and transferring turkeys, roasts, and hams easy and efficiently.

These are a good size for storage between uses. I hang mine on the wall for easy access for a variety of uses. I have gifted these, as well.

I’ve been searching for these for quite a long time. Seems the ones offered were flimsy and I don’t believe they would work on a turkey. These are able to handle a good size turkey with no problem. Yes I do recommend this.

Have always struggled with getting those hot beef, pork roasts and the Thanksgiving Turkey out pf the pan and on to the serving plater. These prongs solve that problem. Think this is a excellent durable product at a reasonable price. Should last for years and be used over and over.

hey are very strong and the handles are smooth, but easy and comfortable to hold while lifting heavy food. They also worked great to shred a roast for pulled pork.

Gifted these to grandma. They are good. not especially sharp. sturdy enough for a 15lb turkey I guess.

Exactly what I was looking for. I actually bought them because I borrowed my mom's when I was cutting my prime rib roast. After I realized how much easier it was to cut thin slices I knew I had to buy a set of my own

So glad I found these. My first turkey I had a hell of a time transferring from pan to platter. I burned my hands and made a mess. These made it so simple. It also helped with pulling the ham from the crockpot. My hands are happy now.
