I've always been a little skeptical of these chop boxes but was looking for something to help prep large amounts of vegetables into consistent size pieces for soup season. I have decent knife skills but in recent years my grip strength has become a problem when dicing large volumes of veggies. I looked specifically for a box that could be used for multiple purposes. I loved that this one also came with mandoline and grater attachments.The first time I used this it was put to the test. Veggie prep for Wild Rice soup. Onion, celery and carrots. I wasn't overly concerned about the onion, wondered how it would handle the celery and doubted it could chop the carrots. It handled each vegetable I threw at it. With one caveat. With thicker and or denser veggies, it was critical to not overload the top tray before attempting to chop. With the carrots in particular, it takes a lot of quick force to push through the grate (Hulk Smash) If you enjoy using cooking to take out your aggression this product is perfect for you.The mandoline works beautifully for slicing onions thinly. The grater attachment is fairly useless. The grater plate is just far too small to be efficient. A standard box grater or food processor with a grating plate do a much more efficient job of grating.All-in-all if you have good knife skills, I am not certain this is any quicker than dicing with a good chef's knife. It also creates an additional item to wash. However, it is fantastic for creating uniform pieces of whatever is being chopped or sliced. The force required for some of the more dense veggies like carrots and turnips can stress the forearm and/or wrist but if you suffer from grip problems with your hand after extended knife usage, this may be a good alternative.Pics show the small grid used for onions, celery and carrots, and the larger grid chopped an entire head of cauliflower and two broccoli crowns for vegetable chowder

I wanted to love my chopper and I did for the hour I used it to chop peppers, and then it broke. The pictures of a broken blade from others are real, and now I have my own pictures. I didn’t think it would happen to me, but my chopper is broken. I don’t know whether to ask for a replacement blade or send it back because it’ll probably happen again. I did not chop anything hard,have no idea why this broke, so don’t know what I have to do differently so blades don’t break. It did save a ton of time and is a great tool for processing quantities of vegetables.

This is the best investment and money spent. Way easy to use and saves so much time in chopping. No more tears when chopping onions!!

Love this product. I had it in my cart for a few years and finally decided to purchase it. I like the functionality of having all my chopped food fall into a container with little mess. Has lots of blade options for different uses . Easy to cut food , but be CAREFUL blades are extremely sharp and a slightly difficult to clean.

super GOOD! The blades are easily changed, locked in tight and store nicely. The cut container fills up quickly but still has a nice sized capacity. The unit itself is very easy to clean. It takes a bit of finesse at first to clean the blades until you find what works best for you. Made my life so simple!

Long lasting! I had this for 6 years before it finally broke (the tray) I did replace the blades 3-4 years in as they were getting dull but I got a ton of use out of this thing!!

I bought this item to help with meal preparation that would cut down on the time to make meal. It is a very sturdy and quality product. The blades are very sharp and makes dicing, slicing and chopping quick and easy. The mandolin blades are actually very sharp and cuts through tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and every other veggie, with precision and fast pace.

This chopper is solid, cutting through thicker onion slices like butter. There are two grid chopping blades, one for shopping onions, etc. and the other for french fries, egg plant fries, etc. It also has a huge collection bin (about 3 cups) so I don't have to keep emptying it. The bin slides out of the base like a drawer. Very convenient to empty and clean. The blades are really heavy duty and sharp. The manufacturer included a safety glove to handle the blades which is fortunate because I still have all my fingers!

This chopper is AWESOME. So easy to use and super durable. The tray that catches the food is great. Be careful when cleaning the grates,It’s easy to cut yourself!

Skip the big box store and buy this. This things is well built and can handle some pounding. I own a food truck and go through a lot of diced onions. Didn’t want to invest in a more expensive dicer as they are big and bulky. GREAT customer ServiCes!! Thank you!

The spiraling is making me eat more healthy by default because I love zucchini so does my husband and he is of Italian descent so pasta is a big thing in this house so being able to switch the regular pasta for a vegetable is a game changer. Best buy!

Great addition to kitchenware! Well worth the price! This is a very versatile chopper/slicer and, while I use it mainly for chopping, it has come in handy on occasion for julienne slicing of carrots and celery, and for grating cheese, as well as preparation of decorative garnishes.

For the price, this must have kitchen multi-tool is a real bargain. Not only are the blades sharp, they make my time spend in food prep cut in haf. The spiralizer is great addition and it comes with a blade storage caddy, a cleaning brush and a chopper blade cleaning tool. It is supposed to be dishwasher safe, but I don't bother because it is very simple to clean with just hot tap water.

Best chopper and slicer I've had! I had 2 pampered chef devices (hand chopper and mandolin). This does both and with more ease! I got rid of the pampered chef ones once I saw how easy it was to chop items (the drawer that slides out is amazing) and the ease of cleaning is unmatched!I haven't used the slicing feature yet but I use the chopper almost daily!I highly recommend this item. It chops perfectly and it just so fun tion to have in your kitchen.

I have bought 2 of these choppers. They are fantastic! I use it at least 3 times a week, they take a beating and get up and keep working! The quality is outstanding, the cut quality is very satisfactory! It's super easy to use. The variety of blades and blade sizes is great, but I generally just use the dicing one. Tricky to clean, but once you figure it out, it's easy. Chops fast, chops well, actually purposefully looked for this brand again when eventually my last one died. DEFINITELY worth the money!!!
