Magnificent teapot — superb quality and very convenient!

This is a wonderful teapot! The quality is excellent. The teapot looks very elegant and stylish. The metal parts are high-quality and beautiful, pleasant to the touch. The lid fits tightly and stays in place perfectly when pouring — it doesn’t fall off. Tea pours cleanly with no spilling. The 1000 ml volume is quite large, perfect for brewing tea for several people. It’s comfortable to hold in the hand and doesn’t slip. The glass is clear and thick, giving it an expensive look.Very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommend!

Elegant Teapot, Perfect Brew!

I’ve been using this teapot daily and I’m really happy with it. The 1000ml (33 oz) size is just right for a few large cups of tea or for sharing with family. The glass looks elegant and feels sturdy — not too thin, so it doesn’t feel fragile. I also love being able to see the color of the tea as it brews. The stainless steel infuser is very practical and keeps even small loose tea leaves inside, so there’s no mess in the cup. It’s easy to remove and clean, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable. The handle stays cool enough to hold comfortably, and the lid fits securely. The taste of the tea comes out clean and fresh, and I enjoy watching blooming teas open up inside the pot — it really adds to the experience. For the price, I think this teapot is an excellent value. It combines beauty, functionality, and good quality.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves loose leaf tea or wants a stylish teapot for daily use.

I have had this pot for almost 3 years now!

So I have had this pot for about 3 years now and I can give a good idea of it's longevity. Its strengths and it's shortcomings.First its strengths. Well it has lasted for 3 years. Through hundreds of brews. I have put it in the dishwasher at least 30 or 40 times including not only the teapot, but the basket, rim and lid and all have held up wonderfully.I mostly use an electric kettle to first heat up the water then add it to the pot to brew the tea which usually drops the temperature down from 212f to 180ish (Because of the teapot's thermal mass) which is great for brewing teas like Whites and Greens. However is a bit low for blacks and most herbals. In that case I will usually add boiling water from an electric kettle to this pot which drops down a bit which I then put on the gas stove and get to boiling again before taking it off the heat and brewing the herbal or black.(Though blacks still taste okay if added and brewed without additional heating.)This seems excessive but the electric kettle then stove works quicker for me then heating stove only which is why I do it.Anyways it has held up great! It being clear lets you easily see how much tea is left and if using decorative blooming teas you can appreciate it a lot more. Also both good and bad you can see how clean the pot is.Which comes to it's weaknesses. This pot is NOT easy to clean. Two things cause this. One is the opening is just a touch too small for my hand to fit into. I do have large hands but stills if it could be just a touch bigger It would be great for me. I expect most people to probably not have the same issue though with smaller handsHowever that can be remedied with a sponge stick. The really bad one for me is the spout opening and the neck. The spout opening is TINY like super TINY so much so I could hardly fit a skewer in there menaing that nothing really fits to clean it. And what can fit is too small to reach where it needs to clean.Made worse by the extreme wide taper immediately below the opening. I was finally able to shove a steel brush in there for cleaning metal tubes and it was so tight I was worried on breaking the pot. However I did manage to get it clean. However the reality comes down to that it will be a challenge if your one is like mine at all.And even then I could only maneuver the brush to clean the opening and middle of the Teapot neck I couldn't get the right angle to get lower so it is a partial success at best.So I have to suffer with it never being truly clean unless I can find out a different solution.Anyways another notable thing is the Basket and rim have looked to of rusted. However when looking closer it seems less like rust per se and more like discoloration or tarnishing. It is supposed to be 304 steel and the specific tarnish color does seem to back that. The colors aside they still look to be in great shape. And another nice thing is the rim and basket fit standard jars so you can use them for brewing just a cup and not an entire pot if you wish.Or even as a replacement if you pot does manage to break. So that is an upside too.Anyways though, in conclusion even after 3 years of rough use my pot is holding up great and hopefully has many more years ahead of it. Thanks for reading.

Yes and um yes💜

The size is perfect, I can prep a cup for 2 days. It cleans well. I use my electric stove on medium and and the pot handles the temperature nicely. I taste no metal or nothing odd in my tea. The brew is great. Just make sure to Google how to brew specfic leaves or herbs before blaming the pot.

Great tea pot!

I use this nightly. Great with loose leaf teas as the mesh is small enough the tea doesn’t seep through. Easy to clean.

THIS IS THE ONE

I went through a bunch of kettles before I landed on this one. This is the one! The top is metal, it doesn't fall off when pouring, the bottom is flat and perfect width, the handle is correctly designed and easy to use, and pour spout works correctly. You don't need anything else. Price is good! Buy it!NOTE: They should make the throat a little stronger... If you boil only a bit of water, then try to pour it, it will crack the throat (happened to me)... so be careful... pour slowly... in that case.

I'd recommend it!

It does the job for all my loose leaf teas.

Decent for the price

This works great the only issue is the glass is thin but for the price it does the job and so much better than tea bags.

Nice tea pot

I only gave it 4 stars because the small tea leave fragments still come out of the infuser, but it still works good.

Worked well and good before it broke - but it's a glass tea pot. I really liked it.

Hot handle. The glass did have black burn from the fire stove. But that's just cosmetic. It worked great for 4 years until it broke. We drink tea in seasons... when the herbs are out and strong! The strainer was great. It was easy to clean. The size seemed sufficient for a large family. I'm debating buying it again. It looks like many people spoke of how theirs broke as well. That just might be the cost of a glass teapot. (But I like that you can see it's not rusting and nothing's growing in it!). So is it a production issue or is it just simply that it's glass? I think it's just glass.

Flimsy hardware - knob broke from lid under normal use

Update- I did an exchange for a new teapot. That process was too easy and fast. UPS'd the one with the defective knob yesterday and received the new one today. Seems like the lid on this one is far less tight, so I'm feeling good about the knob staying on. I bumped it up to 5 stars. I just really like the infuser, the teapot shape, and size (not too big). Glad it worked out that I ended up with it.--------I originally bought this tea pot for a gift. If the Amazon delivery person didn't toss the box onto my driveway and crush the outer and inner product box, my friend would have been writing this review, not me. Anyhow, since the teapot inside the product box was really well insulated with foam it survived the ordeal. So, I decided to keep it and give a gift card to my friend. Now, after only 3 days of use the knob on the lid came apart. What a disappointment. The knob is fastened to the lid with what looks like a regular 3/4" steel wood screw. Inside the knob's base is some sort of plastic and that broke apart dislodging small pieces of plastic that contaminated a good Japanese Sencha brew. Apart from this unfortunate product failure I really like the teapot. The borosilicate glass body holds up well - I used it with Medium heat on our electric stove top and in our microwave oven. I like the look, which is why I purchased it for a gift. The infuser is stamped with 304 which is more like 18% chromium and 8% nickel, that is 18/8, versus the 18/10 mentioned in the Amazon description. No big deal to me. The infuser works well keeping the leaves and grit away from the beverage and it is also easy to clean. Now I have to decide what to do with the teapot, as I can't use it without a knob to remove the lid.

We love it!

We put fresh herbs in the infuser and drink it as water when we are not having tea. Great flavor! It's very cool looking on the stovetop too!

Thank you for your wonderful review, Marie! We're delighted to hear that you're enjoying both tea and herb-infused water with your teapot. It's great to know it's not only functional but also looks beautiful on your stovetop. We truly appreciate your support and thank you for taking the time to share your experience!

Cute set

This is a very cute tea pot set! Overall easy to clean. It is glass - very much breakable. The lid and strainer seems like low quality so I make sure to clean and dry immediately after each use. I would still recommend.
